This website has been created by Patrick’s family to assist people wishing to attend his Thanksgiving and Memorial Service. Any information provided by you will be used solely to ensure passage through the gate at the entrance to the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst.

The service was held in the Royal Memorial Chapel, Sandhurst at 2pm on Thursday 4th February 2010, and both Her Majesty The Queen, and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh were represented.  Some three hundred and fifty people attended, including representatives of the military (past and present) as well as a great many representatives of the civilian organisations in which Patrick played a major role. A reception was held, after the service, in the Indian Army Room of the adjacent Old College building.

If you’d like to see the Royal Memorial Chapel’s website click on its link.

If you have memories of Patrick which you’d like to share with the family, please click this link to send an email to memories@hdhq.co.uk.  We’d like to produce an edited selection of memories and anecdotes. Please tell us, in your email, if you would prefer us not to use your contribution for this purpose.

Finally, if you attended the service, and have photographs of this or the reception which followed, the family would be most grateful it you would send them to photos@hdhq.co.uk.
